What is the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC)?

Simple, compact, and highly reliable! Excess heat can also be utilized for heating through the combined heat and power (CHP) process.

The organic Rankine cycle (ORC) that we handle is a system based on a simple and highly efficient thermodynamic cycle, ideal for converting medium to low-temperature (above 86°C) thermal energy into electrical energy. This cycle, invented by a Scottish physicist who is one of the founders of thermodynamics, operates in a closed loop and does not release any emissions to the outside environment. The surplus heat (Qout) released in the condenser can be directly utilized for other purposes, such as preheating or drying fuel, as a heat source. 【Features】 ■ Simple, compact, and highly reliable ■ Capable of utilizing heat sources even at relatively low temperatures ■ As it is a sealed closed circuit, there are no emissions released into the atmosphere *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Mechanical ventilation and heat exchange system using an air handling unit.

We will accommodate various needs from small to large air volumes. We also propose changes to chiller systems compatible with 2030 and 2050.

Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, indoor ventilation has become essential. Currently, with the air conditioning systems in buildings, when windows and doors are opened for ventilation, there is a lack of heating and cooling capacity. Sufficient ventilation cannot be achieved with just windows and doors. An ideal ventilation system using a heat exchanger can be designed with consideration for the air conditioning load. According to the Building Management Act, mechanical ventilation is set at 30 m³/h per person. There are guidelines from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for determining ventilation airflow. For example, consider a waiting room in a hospital where 70 people, including staff and patients, are gathered. Since the ventilation amount per person is 30 m³/h, we can calculate the ventilation airflow. 30 m³/h × 70 people = 2100 m³/h, which is equivalent to 35 m³/min of ventilation airflow. Additionally, we are proposing modifications to address the boiler issues for the years 2030 and 2050 by using chillers for dehumidification, cooling, and heating (humidification) systems with heat exchangers. We are also open to consultations regarding air conditioning systems using large airflow air handling units.

Wait a minute! Don't throw away that wastewater! It might be able to exchange heat!

That wastewater is still useful! Maximize resource utilization through heat exchange!

The 'unused heat' that everyone has judged to be unusable. With Noritz's technology, it might be effectively utilized. We will fully support your company's energy-saving and decarbonization efforts with the heat exchange technology, fluid control technology, and combustion control technology we have developed in water heater development!
